In this webinar I talk about how to release tension and nervous energy using moving meditation and other forms of physical activity. Sometimes relaxation techniques such as breath meditation that involve lying down or sitting still are not enough to release the muscle tension and nervous energy that comes along with stress. That is when you need to use moving meditation and other forms of physical activity to release these stress by-products in healthy ways.
