Sometimes it isn’t the type of stressors you face that causes your stress. Sometimes it is the sheer volume of stressors that does it. Even too many fun things can become stressors if you feel overloaded, overbooked, and unable to say no. Sometimes better time management helps but reducing goes deeper than that; it begins with your values and setting priorities for how you want to spend your time.
