In this video I’m going to show you how you can use Sexual Mindfulness to develop greater psychological flexibility, get unstuck, and have the sex life you want and deserve. Mindfulness is best described as moment-by-moment awareness.

There are four dimensions of mindful moments. All mindful sexual moments are:

  • present centered – focus on the present moment, not the past or future.
  • non-conceptual – do not involve trying to figure anything out or solve problems.
  • non-judgmental – do not judge or evaluate.
