In this video I show how AC Sex Coaching applies mindfulness to sex.
Clients in long-term sexual relationships often take sexual activities with their partners for granted and anticipate what will happen based on years of previous experience. Sexual mindfulness teaches clients how to use moment-by-moment awareness (the definition of mindfulness) to keep a beginner’s mind and look at each sexual encounter as new and different. It teaches clients how to experience their partners with all five senses and make sex a gourmet meal rather than leftovers
