In this video I answer the question What is Sexual Mindfulness?
To answer this question you first need to understand what sexual identity is all about. Your sexual identity combines your (1) biological sex, (2) gender role, (3) gender identity, (4) sexual orientation, (5) your sexual behavior and relationships and (6) your sexual response. Mindfulness is the non-judgmental awareness of the present moment with all five of your senses. Combine the two definitions and you get a sense of what sexual mindfulness is all about.
